This role is a 3 year apprenticeship, 38 hours a week.
As part of your apprenticeship with AGA you will be required to complete training with a registered training organisation (RTO). AGA will arrange all training requirements and work closely with you to ensure you are progressing in line with your training plan.
Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful apprentice as well as providing on the job training for 4 years. - Handling Customer enquiries.
- Order parts from warehouse and external suppliers.
- Collect, pack, dispatch or deliver ordered parts.
- Accurately process orders for emergency/daily stock orders.
- Receipt and shelve Stock orders daily.
- Participate in stock taking, regularly checking and valuing goods.
- Updating parts in system.
- Front counter sales.
- Trade telephone sales.
- Wrap around support and mentoring
