 AUTOMOTIVE PARTS INTERPRETER - $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 ANNUAL SALARY

 Full Time Position

 We require an experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter who can work in a challenging environment and perform a range of duties:

 About the role

 They will provide information, technical advice and customer service on a daily basis. As such, they must possess the following traits and perform the following duties:

·         Neat, personal presentation and have good communication skills and friendly confident manner

 ·         Ability to develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge of the products that Goldfields Auto Spares supplies and have an acute awareness of the goods and services supplied by our competitors

 ·         Stay abreast of market trends and legal and business requirements for Goldfields Auto Spares and those of our client and all potential clients

 ·         Identification of new opportunities and sourcing prospective new trade clients for Goldfields Auto Spares

 ·         Assessing customer needs and providing the technical advice required to solve these needs

 ·         Providing accurate quotes, applicable terms of credit for clients and providing relevant feedback of changes to market conditions to management.

 ·         Diligent documentation of enquiries and invoice preparation

  ·         Providing regular follow up with clients to ensure 100% satisfaction with all goods and services provided by Goldfields Auto Spares

 ·         Carrying out stock control procedures and sales reports as required

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum 2 years experience in the Automotive Parts industry          

·         Must have clear written and verbal skills

·         Able to communicate well with customers and other team members.

·         An understanding of the general mechanical workings of commercial vehicles would be highly regarded.
