Continued growth has provided the opportunity for a customer-centric sales consultant to join a busy dealership in a growing PMA.
About the role
We have opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Toyota at our dealership in Gregory Hills.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Maintaining a high knowledge level on the Toyota Vehicles.
- Forming long term business partnerships with guests in order to leverage future purchases.
- Identifying and exceeding the needs of guests by providing
- in-depth advice and service.
- Identifying and gaining new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing, following up referrals/leads and keeping abreast of competitors strategies.
- Conducting product demonstrations (as needed) and coordinating the preparation of product delivery ensuring specific deal agreements (extras/options) are completed.
- Ability to cross-sell (New and Used Vehicles).
To be successful in this position you will need to possess:
- Car sales experience is essential.
- Desire to build a customer base.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)
- Ability to read people and their needs
- Ability to be analytical, think laterally and problem solve
- Ability to create a positive team environment, with a culture of openness, innovation, and learning.
