ABOUT THE ROLE: Supporting the Store Manager, you are tasked with a leadership role in the business, building sales and profitability and daily management of running the retail site.

• A professional salesperson with A LOVE for customer service
• People management, coaching and development
• Effective inventory control and stock-take experience
• A desire to achieve over and above pre-set goals and K.P.I’s
• A hunger to increase sales and reap the rewards
• An ability to market and cold call in your community
