- Engaging with the team, clients and management to build unique client designs.
- Working with the workshop manager and wider team to exceed expectations.
- Cert III - Automotive collision repair is highly desirable but not essential for the right candidate and experience.
- Experience in Automotive Spray painting, ideally with heavy vehicles.
- Strong skills in paint mixing and spraying techniques.
- Efficient in both independent and team-based tasks.
- Strong work ethic with good attention to detail.
- Consistent and long-term work – growth opportunities for the right candidate.

- Work with and learn from a large and experienced team of 40 people, with average tenure of 10 years!
