We are currently looking for a highly motivated, high performing Technical Services Representatives who are willing to travel Australia to support our growing business. Reporting into your State Sales Manager this role provides a mix of autonomy and support for you to achieve your goals.
In 2024 we are expecting a large amount of premium market growth and looking for the right candidates to join us on that journey.
Success in the Technical Services Representative role looks like:
- Provide training on the complete range of Sherwin-Williams products to distributors, resellers and end users.
- Be a technical leader and provide solutions for customers through technical analysis to resolve performance or technical issues.
- Partnering with distributors and resellers to develop new account target lists.
- Placing a high focus on establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with distributors, resellers and end users.
- Using your technical prowess to provide technical support as required to distributors, resellers and end users.
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM database.
- Perform product demonstrations as required for new business development.
Qualifications for Candidates
- Qualification in Automotive Refinish
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to build collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, to resolve technical issues.
- Excellent time management and prioritization with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in an automotive refinish sales environment.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with CRM systems and processes (Salesforce).
- Ability to influence and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders.
