Position Overview
mycar currently have a vacancy for an experienced and qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our awesome team at our Braddon workshop. Solid knowledge and experience in vehicle service and maintenance with problem-solving skills will see you excel in your role.
Your day to day will see you conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and determine required repairs. You will conduct routine servicing including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks, all while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Success Profile
∙ Previous experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic
∙ Certificate 3 in Automotive (Light)
∙ Valid Australian Drivers Licence
∙ High standards in customer service and customer care
∙ Capacity to problem solve issues and find suitable resolutions
∙ Available to work Monday-Friday plus some Saturday mornings
∙ Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
∙ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
∙ A can-do, team-oriented attitude
