As a Roadside Assist / Battery Sales Technician, you will:

• Respond to Roadside Assistance / battery requests from our vast range of clientel, including industry based and retail
• Be trained in retail selling of batteries and associated products
• Deliver co ordinated and efficient job acceptance and dispatch methods.90% of jobs are received via various APPS and dispatched same way
• Know your way " around " a car
• Like meeting new people every day

• Provide Outstanding Customer Service
• Provide Automotive Assistance to the Motoring Public of WA
• Able to Diagnose Minor Mechanical Problems

• Efficiently complete all necessary paperwork to ensure a seamless data entry and recording program.
• Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by our management team.

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:

• Prior experience in the automotive or battery industry, or a genuine passion for these fields, and the ability to think under pressure and be well organized
• Reliability, organization, and punctuality – a strong work ethic is essential.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check to ensure trustworthiness in your role.
• Possession of a valid and unrestricted Australian driver's license.
• The legal right to work without restrictions in Australia.
• Flexibility in your work hours to accommodate our dynamic service needs.
