Key Responsibilities
- Closing on payment to vouchers:
- make accounting entries correctly follow OI finance manual and statutory requirements.
- Staff reimbursement regular check and Q&A/training to staff on expense claim policy.
- Check payment requests with sufficient documents and appropriate approval.
- Business partnership:
- Overview of whole company’s expenses, with experiences on cost saving project is a plus.
- Assets management；annual assets purchase planning on stocks, fixed assets.
- Intercompany costing structure based on transfer price policy.
- ERP system implementation assists.
- Automation projects assists.
- Backup on other accountant jobs.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
