We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced people with automotive technical background to join an established Technical Training team.

Please note; Applicants need not possess teaching experience/training qualification, as the right candidate will be trained and developed through coaching, mentoring and partnering. Importance is placed on the appropriate mechanical qualifications, industry experience and the right attitude.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced automotive technician to join our Ford training team to deliver developed technical training programs to technicians within dealerships to TTi - Global' s expectations for quality, timing and cost. Our training has significant impact on TTi's reputation with our customer as well as the end customer. The training team will be the driving force to deliver the appropriate training to allow dealerships to be competitive in the service, diagnosis and repair of their customer vehicles. As a TTi Global Automotive Trainer you will provide classroom face to face, virtual classes and workshop technical training to dealer employees throughout Queensland out of a number of training centres across the state. The position involves domestic travel and working diligently to deliver training courses, provide input on curriculum and co-ordinate activities that support the training department and its team.
Location: This role is based at our Northgate training centre.
To be considered, the suitable candidate must possess the following:
- Minimum 7 years' automotive industry experience
- Prefer but not essential, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Previous experience in an automotive technician or training role
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to travel
