Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Responsibilities:Support the administration of the EPC Contracts on behalf of the Client.
Perform inspections and periodic field visits to verify the progress of work and possible risk situations and causes contributing to
claims.
Analyze and verify communications received from Contractors (letters, periodic reports), seeking for potential risks and exposures to
the Client.
Participation in periodic meetings, supporting the Client in registering the discussions (MoM) and advising the Client on contractual
matters.
Support Doc Control area in keeping an adequate process of information and communication registry, ensuring availability in Claim
discussion and Dispute Resolution
Provide support in contractual matters for the project areas (Engineering, Construction, Quality, HSE, Planning, Administration, etc.).
Ensure adequate and proactive Contractual Administration of EPC Contracts on behalf of the Client. Where you will support the
Contract Administration Team and the Client in the management of EPC Contracts, checking the progress of work on Site to identify
possible risks and potential complaints, advising the Team and the Client on Contractual matters, producing internal and external
records on matters aligned with the Client, analyzing communications received from EPC Contractors and contributing to the record
of the Change Management process and Worley reports.
Support the Change Management process and the Change Manager, assisting in the registration of Changes, in the programming and
follow-up of the changes.
Contribute to the preparation of the contract administration section of the reports (weekly or monthly) submitted by Worley to the
Client
Developing administrative and support activities from several Company areas;
Domain of involved procedures and skilled technician knowledge;
Developing micro reports that requires deep application knowledge;
Preparation of reports and statements involving the processing and interpretation of data;
Calculation and appropriation of project costs and area expenses; internal and external contacts for collecting and exchanging
information;
Full responsibility for specific activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English is a differential). Usually able to explain why things are done the way they
are within a broader organizational context.
Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
Intermediate understanding of systems, processes and tools specifically related to field.Requirements:Experience/Education: It is desirable a professional with some knowledge in Contractual Administration and Commercial matters.
A professional with some experience in field execution at a Site will also be considered a distinction.
Advanced knowledge and communication in English is mandatory (reading, listening, writing and speaking)
It is desirable a professional with Bachelor Degree with 1 or 2 years working in some Commercial position (Contractual, Proposal,
Commercial Development, Supplies, and/or etc.) or working at a Site in field execution or equivalent, in related field or applicable
