- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively anticipating their needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, industry challenges, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and product development to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewal discussions, and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.What do you need?
- Proven experience in Client Services, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
