Azure Data And Integration Architect

Randstad are currently working with a public sector client to find an experienced Azure Data and Integration Architect. This is an initial 12 month contract based in Brisbane, with WFH flexibility. Note that this is not a remote role - please do not apply unless based in Brisbane or planning to relocate to Brisbane.
Key Activities:

• Integration Patterns: Developing an integration pattern that aligns with the goals and objectives, leveraging Azure native capabilities.
• Interface and API Design: Collaborating with stakeholders to design system interfaces and APIs that enable efficient and secure data exchange between applications and systems that are predominately SaaS and PaaS services.
• Data Flows and Messaging: Design and implement data flow patterns and messaging architectures to facilitate reliable and real-time data exchange between systems.
• Integration Development: Lead the development and implementation of integration solutions, including designing and building integration workflows, data mappings, transformation logic, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Developing and executing test plans and strategies to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of integration solutions.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Creating technical documentation, including integration specifications, architectural diagrams, and best practices guides.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

• 2+ years of experience in designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure platform and experience in workload migrations.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, including design, implementation and workload migration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services (IaaS and PaaS).
• Understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, Enterprise Scale Landing Zones and Well Architected Framework and incorporating into Azure designs.
• Microsoft Azure certification highly regarded.
