So, tell me more about this role
As the B2B Marketing Manager you will create and execute the marketing strategy that generates and accelerates opportunities and pipelines with a global focus - Australia/New Zealand and North America.
You will oversee the planning and execution of demand generation programs to acquire new business and customer expansion using a variety of channels; integrated/digital field marketing programs including brand, webinars, events and account-based marketing campaigns to support sales and channel objectives.
You will own paid search and paid social strategy and guide and advise their external agency from brief through to delivery.
And you will partner with Sales teams to create, manage and execute account and industry based marketing programs and determine growth strategies for different regions.
A little bit about you
There’s all the things you would expect in a role like this…..strong knowledge and previous experience in a B2B demand generation/growth role and experience working with enterprise clients and/or in highly regulated environments.
You’re naturally curious and you’re data-driven, and you take a multi-channel marketing approach to achieve awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention goals.
You have loads of enthusiasm and you work at pace and you can show how and where you have partnered with Sales teams to understand their strategy and goals and have fostered strong relationships for shared success.
