Little Seedlings Academy are seeking enthusiastic and Qualified Educators to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art early education and care center.

At our center, we believe that every child deserves the best start in life, and we are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters their growth and development. With six vibrant rooms catering to up to 103 children a day.

As an educator in our center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our wonderful team, comprised of dedicated professionals who share a common goal of making a positive impact on the lives of children. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for children, incorporating play-based and child-centered approaches.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and a sense of belonging.
  • Implement and assess developmentally appropriate programs, based on the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Observe and document children's progress and development, providing insightful feedback and support to families.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the center's continuous improvement and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Of Education (Birth To 5 Years) qualification in Early Childhood or equivalent.
  • Diploma In Early Education & Care 
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Current Working With Children Check.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
