**Responsibilities:**
Must be willing to relocate to Forster NSW
- Prepare and bake a variety of sourdough bread and pastries with precision and care.
- Maintain sourdough starter cultures and ensure their health and vitality.
- Monitor fermentation processes and adjust as necessary to achieve optimal flavour and texture.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety protocols.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a sourdough baker or similar role.
- Deep understanding of sourdough fermentation and baking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
