Your new role
This is a casual assignment, working 16 – 38 hours a week.Typical working hours – Rotating Roster between Mon – Fri: 09:00 am – 5:00 pmHourly Rate - $35.86 per hour + Super
You’ll be joining a branch of a Top4 local retail bank in Warrnambool, VIC, who pride themselves on serving the needs of the local community who bank with them.
Your new role
You’ll be at the counter of a bank branch, assisting customers with their banking transactions.
- Assisting customers with their enquiries regarding their accounts and general enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer files via detailed notes in the system
- Consistently upholding the highest standards of customer service
- Managing general administrative tasks as required
- Assisting customers with cash deposits and withdrawals
- Providing answers to enquiries based on a comprehensive understanding of the services offered

This is a leave cover role and will see you working from Warrnambool, Hamilton 7 Portland branches. You will be compensated for the driving between branches.You will need a full driving licence and a car to be able to work from all branches.

What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Flexibility in terms of hours and location of work
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and tech-savvy
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving orientation
- A friendly and proactive approach to interactions and tasks
