SalaryTrading Services is responsible for managing all post execution trade flows, trade amendments and trade life cycle events for Australian WM clients. Working closely with execution desks, front office personnel and external brokers, the team collectively to ensure that trades are booked accurately and timely into our clients’ accounts, thereby ensuring the bank complies with regulatory requirements on client trade notifications.
With key duties also including:
- The Life Cycle Management team monitors and process life cycle events for structured products, FX and OTC Derivatives into clients’ accounts
- Process and/or oversight of an extended team in performing all life cycle events
- Handle escalations and requests from internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage internal and external brokers to ensure timely delivery of confirmations and performs validation against the broker’s records
- The team support the execution desk for trade management activities including booking of unwind trades, amendment to trade details etc and act as the point of contact for any new product trade management feasibility assessment
- Ensure procedures are up-to-date and maintain proper records for internal and audit/ regulatory investigation
- Investigate un-reconciled items daily in cash and security break files. Liaison with relevant external and internal clients to resolve any outstanding items
- Drive and deliver on projects/initiatives to improve efficiency - contribute to strategic development of new systems and processes

- Knowledge of Securities Trading Processes will be highly valued.
