Overlooking the Oasis pool and the ninth hole of the Palm Meadows Golf Course, The Green Dining restaurant and bar welcomes our guests.Reporting to the Food & Beverage Services Manager, we are on the search for a Team Leader to assist the Food & Beverage leadership team in running the Resort’s banqueting operation.Job DescriptionWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Assisting and working with the Food & Beverage management team to ensure customer expectations are met in all formats of the operation with a particular focus on the Resort’s conferencing and events operations.
• Effectively dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
• Assisting in training and nurturing new additions to the Food & Beverage team.
• Assisting in promoting a positive working culture within the Food & Beverage team.

QualificationsYOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• To be the successful candidate you will have demonstrated experience in a Hotel or Resort working in a Food & Beverage capacity. Experience in banqueting operations will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation
• You show the energy, drive, and a positive attitude that will be contagious to your food and all your colleagues
• Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
