We are seeking a high performing team members to assist with the delivery of premier hospitality products at our brand new state-of-the-art golf entertainment venue, in Melbourne’s East.

The Role

The role is based at the brand new $15m+ Morack Public Golf venue in Vermont South, Melbourne. The successful applicants will be members of the hospitality team, delivering premier food & beverage products to customers in our Clubhouse, Cafe, Driving Range and Mini Golf facilities. These roles demand hospitable and energetic personalities that enjoy working in a lively and fast paced environment. Previous hospitality or customer interfacing experience will be well regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing food & beverage orders through POS system.
• Preparation of an array beverage products in a consistent and high standard.
• Delivering food & beverage products to customers.
• Regularly clearing & cleaning customer areas.
• Re-stocking and cleaning hospitality service areas.
• Building strong customer relationships and communication of venue offerings and promotions.

• Hold current certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food Safety and Food Handling.

Qualifications:

• Responsible service of alcohol certificate.

• Hospitality and Barista experience preferred but not essential.

• Vibrant and warm personality.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
