SalaryThe Royal Hotel in the heart of Perth's CBD is the flagship venue of hospitality team Parker Group (www.parkergroup.au), which consists of iconic venues such as The Standard, fleur, Dandelion, and Willi's Wine Bar.
We're also explanding into the fast-growing South West region with a 500pax capacity venue, The Busselton Pavilion, opening in January. It will consist of a boutique wine store, distillery, restaurant and pub.

Built on the corner of William and Wellington Streets in 1882 then significantly expanded during the gold rush a decade later; Perth's Royal Hotel is the original heart and soul of the city. Back in her younger days, The Royal was a hive of mixed activity as a melting pot of Perth locals.
After extensive renovations and major refurbishment, The Royal reopened in November 2019 to wide acclaim, picking up numerous awards along the way. This is more than just a pub, it’s a historic heritage listed building with an incredible story that you can become a part of.
We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic and friendly Bar and Floor crew who are passionate about hospitality, love working in a great team, delivering exceptional products and service, and genuinely care for the customer experience.
You will work closely with The Royal's management team to maintain an excellent standard in a relaxed and fun yet professional environment.
Given The Royal's central location, size and reputation, prior experience is highly desirable. With several awards already under our belt and a total capacity of over 700 people, The Royal Hotel is a multifaceted space with 4 bars, a 50 seat award-winning restaurant, private dining room, event/function spaces and a large, iconic wrap around verandah overlooking Yagan Square. There's even a karaoke room!
Willi's Bar on the ground floor will soon be undergoing a reinvention, so we're looking to boost the ranks in the lead-up to exciting changes!
