As the appointed Bar Supervisor your role is to supervise all aspects of the bar, restaurant, Bottle Shop and gaming. You will deliver a high-quality product and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include ensuring customers are served in a professional and timely manner, liaising with other departments for the smooth operation of shifts. Supporting other staff in the successful operation of our venue and relieving in days of absence. Supervising and training employees in all aspects of bar, Restaurant And Bottle Shop operations.
Open and closure of the bar, Restaurant And Bottle Shop including reconciliation of point of sale and EFTPOS terminals, re-floating tills and securing premises at close of day. Available to work morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
