Bar Staff Required

Demonstrate the Following:

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Experience in Hospitality
• Fun, friendly and eager to learn.
• High level of personal presentation.
• Reliable, trustworthy and confident.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent standard of customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain co-operative relationships with team of staff, volunteers, and patrons of the venue.

Tasks & Duties:

• Serving drinks to patrons - tap pouring experience & keg changing.
• Cash / EFT handling and POS knowledge.
• Standard bar requirements ('glassies', cleaning, stock deliveries).
• Open, close and hand over procedures.
• Working alongside a team, and at times on your own.
• Able to multi-task and work confidently during busy day/nights and work 
• Function setups and resets.
• Simple food prep and service.

Requirements:

• Experience is a must
• RSA.
