Cultura Espresso Bar & Restaurant are looking for someone with a passion for all things bar related! Summary of role requirements:
- Enjoy a consistent 5-day work schedule
- Have guaranteed consecutive days off every week

- Assisted and supported skill development
- Be responsible for bar stock and prep
- Coffee/ Barista experience beneficial
- Take an active part in developing all elements of the drink’s menu
Duties:
- Supervising junior bar staff
- Self-motivate in a high paced environment
- Face to face customer engagement with bar service
- Making coffee’s
- Assist in opening and/or closing the venue
- Assisting in the organisation and creation of monthly drinks specials
- Assist with ideas and menu updates
- Taking payments and handling money
- Stock control: ordering and organisation
- Ensuring bar hygiene and prep is maintained to high working standards
- Provide excellent customer service standards
- Assisting with reservations, table service, and general customer service
- Maintain and create relationships with suppliers and brand representatives
