Henley Football & Netball Club is a not-for-profit club. The Club consists of Seniors Men’s, Women’s football teams, over 650 Junior football players, Senior Women’s Netball teams and 24 Junior netball teams.
HFNC also provides social amenities to members such as licensed premises. The successful applicant will be offered flexibility in supervising a range of Bar Open Hours.
These include Thursday & Friday nights, Saturdays & Sundays and some additional ad hoc private functions and Team presentation events. You thrive on being reliable and well organised. Previous experience supervising staff in a hospitality environment will be well regarded.
The ability to interact with a diverse range of customers, have good communication skills and knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems will also be an advantage, in particular Square. The contract position would be for approximately 20-25 hours per week for the
2024 season from April 1 to October 30.Qualifications & experience

Tasks & responsibilities
- Display Leadership with Prompt, Friendly Customer Service
- General Bar Operations
- Ordering and stock control
- Rostering & Supervising staff and volunteers
- Liaising with Volunteers for event organization
- Ensuring Bar complies with WH&S, is Covid-19 aware
- Meet Maintenance & Cleanliness requirements
