Rose of Australia Hotel - Inner West Sydney Pub
A local institution that is known for not only its food and drink offering, but is an established functions, events and celebrations venue. We have won numerous awards for our F&B offering, and bar service.
Hosting and running multiple celebrations throughout the week and over the weekend from Baby Showers, birthdays ending in zero, engagements and fun weddings.
Are you looking for the next step in your career, or to try your hand at something new and challenging? We are a great place to take the next step in your hospitality career.
We want our team to feel like part of the family, with equal and mutual respect - you will be treated as a person and be part of team (not just a number in a big wheel).
You will work alongside the owner and gain experience in how all the moving parts within a busy venue works. With the busy nature, there is a lot of variety throughout the week, and rarely do we find that no two days the same. This role is a mix of days and nights and weekends, in a midnight close venue and you will work as part of a team on busy nights where the culture is to look after each other and work as a team.
This opportunity is a front of house role, where you work with the venue managers and lead the team by example. You'll be overseeing service standards and ensuring that they are followed and nothing but the best service is given.
Our organisation has strong ethical values and has taken action to develop our environmental, equity and diversity culture.
The processes and policies are well integrated, we are looking for someone to assist with maintaining standards and growing the business.
