Ito is Hiring a Bartender
We are looking for a cocktail bartender who wants to join our successful bar program at Ito. We pride ourselves on a guest's first approach to everything that we do. If you are looking for that next spot to call home, why not do it in one of Sydney's most beautiful bars. We have full-time and casual positions on offer to suit any availability.
In our very short life span, we have been awarded One-Hat by the Good Food Guide. We want to push the boundaries of Japanese Italian cuisine as it has never been done before, and we want you to be a part of that.
At Ito, our beverage offering is dynamic, creative, and timeless. We have carefully curated our cocktail offering, non-alcoholic, beers, spirits, and wines to adapt the intricacies of Japanese flavour profiles. We have aimed to champion the heritage of the product and balance our modern interpretation to offer a truly unique menu. The drink offer aims at being demographically diverse and welcoming, while also challenging the guest's expectations.
For successful candidates, they must have the following attributes and qualifications:
- Have a strong desire to create experiences for guests
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Possess a positive attitude
- Is punctual and well presented
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of classics
- Hold a valid NSW Competency Card
Strong product knowledge of food and beverages is favourable but not critical however a great attitude toward learning is KEY as we will provide ample opportunities for you to develop and learn.
