SalaryBar Tenders - Private Members Club
The Vault House Group is redefining Australia’s private club membership model, being the first of its kind in Australia, connecting country houses to city venues. The group currently boasts a stunning country house in the historic town of Berrima, along with a speakeasy bar and co working space in Sydney CBD – with two new venues lined up to open late 2024 in Sydney locations.
We are seeking Bar Tenders and hospitality specialists at Clarence Vault Rooms in Sydney CBD. Casual hours to begin, and the opportunity to grow with the company and new openings.
The Roles Available
1). Casual Hours Available - Guaranteed 5-10pm for 2 nights a week + events when booked
2). Looking for Casual Bar staff happy to pick up event work when required - would ideally suit someone with a day job hoping to pick up extra evening work (1 -2 shifts per week but average of 1) -
- Premium training provided to ensure you know and can deliver Service standards and menu offerings
About you -
- Are a current holder of RSA Certificate
- Have at least 2 years Cocktail / bar tending or waitering experience in a premium restaurant, bar, or club
- Comes immaculately presented with pride every day
- Are genuinely passionate about service and have a strong knowledge of food and beverage
- Sales driven and passionate about sharing premium beverages
- Works effectively in a team as well as independently
- Can read the room, knowing when to lean into guest service and when to lean out
- Is flexible and adaptable
Your day to day
- Greeting & recognising members and their guests
- Producing premium cocktails and providing premium service
- Assist with hosting members, providing venue tours
- General set up and pack down for the venue and events
