Job Description:

As a Barista And Front of staff at Hearthstone Bakehouse, you will be the face of our bakery, providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. Whether you are an experienced barista or new to the field, we welcome you to apply. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you can deliver the perfect cup of coffee and create a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to customers.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee machine and surrounding space.

• Assist customers with their orders, including baked goods and beverages.

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.

• Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.

• For experienced baristas: proven experience in a similar role.

• For inexperienced candidates: a strong interest in coffee and customer service, with a commitment to learning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
