- Experience in working towards KPI's
- Strong Leadership attributes

- Must be availability weekends and school holidays
- Minimum 1 Years experience in a similar role

- Assistance with Rostering
- Cafe/Train Cleanliness and Presentation
- Staff Management
- Implementation of Company Procedures
- Inventory control
- Maintaining records of stock levels
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with coffees and cafe food
