All positions reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, working in collaboration with a well-established and dynamic food and beverage team.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a polished food and beverage professional who takes great pride in providing the very best beverage experience. Your service skills will dazzle our guests as the very best in the business and because of this we are seeking passionate, engaging and professional cocktail bartenders and Mixologist! We are looking for individuals with previous experience in premium restaurant and/or bar service along with some high end hotel exposure (desirable).
For those on a current working holiday visa, we are seeking a minimum 6 month working commitment coupled with relevant experience in high end hospitality and a current QLD RSA.
