Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 7 Airports in the region. These include the fresh and vibrant 100 Miles (ADL), the Italian inspired pasta bar Gusto (MEL) and our own café brand BARista (PER). THIS ROLE/LOCATION
We are seeking enthusiastic bartenders, barista crew members & Café all rounders who are passionate about coffee and food and about providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Casual and full time positions available
- Brisbane Airport
- Café all rounder / Barista & Bartender role
- Training across multiple sites
- Must be available to work early morning and night shifts (5am to 1pm and/or 5.00pm to 1.30am).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Serve our valued customers with enthusiasm
- Making barista quality coffee
- Serve cocktails, beers and world class wines & spirits
- Providing table service and taking orders
- All whilst following ELR ANZ policies, guidelines and procedures
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have barista and/or bartender work experience
- Must have own reliable transportation
- A passion for great guest service and a team player
- A keen focus on ensuring quality every time
- Ability to work on a 7 days rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and early morning / night shifts as indicated above.
