Bartender - Cocktails & Craft

Who's Your Mumma is all about great cocktails, quality local craft beer, community, and wine with a laid back vibe. We're passionate about good booze. 

We're a local, Freo, community oriented bar, with an above average amount of regulars. Our working conditions are excellent, and we have a pretty damn strong team vibe. 

We're after a casual bartender for 3-8 shifts per fortnight (we are totally open to discussion for the right applicant). Friday and Saturday availability is a must, but other than that we're open to discussion as to how many shifts you are up for. Casual to start, open to a more structured part-time arrangement if things work out. 

We love our locals, and we're after the sort of person who's enthused about getting to know our posse of regulars. 

A brilliant customer service attitude and an enthusiastic, friendly, and genuinely warm manner with our customers and our staff will go a long way. 

Cocktail bar experience is definitely a big bonus, but a lack of it is not a dealbreaker. There's a few different ways to play this gig. Same goes for your red card. 

Working with our small team, you'll have plenty of room to contribute your creativity to our offering. We look after our crew, and encourage them to learn how to do things right; we're always keen to support staff development opportunities.  

We pay award rates, which is better than most places, and we do the “staff perks” thing pretty well, too. We offer 30% off your tab all the time, salary packaging on laptops, phones, and tablets, paid training, & we pay for you to get your red card if you want.
