Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and creativity, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Supervise and support café staff during shifts, including bartenders, servers, and other team members.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktails, coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Should not be reliant on public transport due to the nature of finish times.
