Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced facial treatments with expertise and precision.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cosmeceutical skincare product ingredients and their effects on the skin.
- Apply aesthetic and corrective makeup techniques.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses to determine appropriate skincare regimens and makeup application.
- Administer facial and body treatments, including massages, to enhance clients' overall well-being.
- Perform hair removal services such as waxing, tinting, bleaching, electrolysis, and epilation.
- Manage appointments, maintain client records, and coordinate schedules efficiently.
- Provide guidance on skincare procedures and recommend suitable products for clients' needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in manicures and pedicures, including nail art and other specialized treatments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by offering exceptional service and recommending appropriate products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in skin treatments.
- Certificate III in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Passion for the skincare and beauty industry.
- Motivated and dedicated to advancing your career.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable with social media engagement and creating content.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
