This position is available due to growth in their aesthetic medicine business. South East Vic territory.
The Role:
As the Business Development Manager you will:
- Develop relationships with key customers that result in positive outcomes
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for products in the assigned territory
- Assist clinic owners in their business development to maximise returns on their investment
- Manage the key accounts in South West Metro Melbourne & Geelong by effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales
- Build commercial relationships with key accounts that result in increased revenue
- Work collaboratively with the other BDMs in VIC, company trainers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business
- Previous proven success selling pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices to healthcare providers viewed favourably
- Experience in aesthetics not necessary but passion for Facial Aesthetics/beauty is!
- Have a strong business mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to build business relationships to drive results
- Be energetic, driven, and demonstrate initiative along with a strong customer focus
- Successful team player with an absolute passion for aesthetics
- A substantial base salary and flexi allowance
