BDM - Lower North Shore | Up to $85k + LUCRATIVE commissions

Currently seeking a Business Development Manager, this is a team that work well together in servicing beautiful beachfront homes and luxury residential apartments. With loads of support from a talented Leasing, Admin & accounts team and more, this role will suit someone who is looking to thrive in a busy environment and pass on their experience to internal juniors.

The Role:

• Prospecting & generating new business
• Conducting rental appraisals
• Dealing with enquiries
• Follow up calls to the owners properties for lease including uploading listings to the internet
• Continually working out effective ways to implement and grow the company
• Identifying issues/complications and have a resolution   

Skills & Experience:

• Real Estate Certificate of Registration is ESSENTIAL 
• Must have experience in Residential Real Estate - ideally BDM however open to looking at Strong Property Managers that are seeking a new challenge
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be a high achiever and strive for success
• Have a reliable car & drivers licence
• Must be energetic, driven & strive for success
• Must be driven by KPI's
