This is an exciting new DUAL position with flexibility - are you enthusiastic and motivated - part time Property Management - about 20 hours per week and the balance of your hours if choosing to go the full time route will be as a BDM, sales & marketing
We are a small busy boutique office in Mount Pleasant seeking an experienced Property Manager with a “CAN DO" attitude and a minimum of 5 years experience in end to end property management - no Trust accounting necessary. Make the role your own
Main tasks:
- responding to owner and tenant queries
- arranging maintenance
- advertising and leasing of properties
- processing rental applications
- completing inspections/final inspections and liaising with tenants and owners
- rent reviews and lease renewals
- management authority renewals
- processing of insurance claims
- overdue invoices
- bond finalisations
- Ability to work independently or as part of the team
Computer literate preferably with Cloud based software - we currently use Vault RE - modern, progressive systems & procedures. Great team support and working environment
Required: Current Property Management registration, driver's license and own reliable car.
Preferably available immediately.
