Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the agency's growth and success. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities within the Database and marketplace, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding their customer base. You will work closely with property owners, investors, and developers to understand their needs and offer tailored real estate solutions to achieve mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the North Lakes area and adjacent regions.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and effectively communicating services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to enhance brand presence and establish a strong professional network.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the North Lakes real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid real estate license / Certificate.
