The company is an official distributor of many Korean beauty brands which includes BEAUTY OF JOSEON, KLAIRS, COSRX, SOME BY MI, PERIPERA and etc. which is running retail, including ecommerce / www.boniik.com.au, and wholesale business (Our Head office is located in Waterloo NSW).
We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to join our retail team, in our Flagship store in Sydney Town Hall (at Hilton Hotel). You will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by providing excellent service and product recommendations.
Store Trading Hour: 09:30–19:00 (Mon-Sun) / 09:30-21:00 (Shopping night)

Your responsibilities here would be:
•Providing expert advice on various beauty products and brands
•Assisting customers in their buying journey from trying on products to making a purchase
•Building strong relationships with customers to improve their shopping experience and increase sales
•Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends
•Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store and contributing to a positive team environment
•Supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets and goals
•Have previous sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
Requirements:
•Must have Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics store
•Permanent Resident in Australia / No limited working hours
•Strong passion for the beauty industry and its products
•Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
•Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

•You have previous Make-up artistry / Beauty Therapist experience (skincare specialist)
•You’re knowledgeable about what’s new and trending with beauty products, makeup, and skincare
