We are looking for a Casual Beauty Consultant dedicated to retail and has a strong passion for beauty, skincare & fragranceto join the team at our new Pacific Fair boutique location! With strong KPIs and a proven ability to achieve sales and service targets, you are looking for the next step in your beauty career. You must be available to work minimum 4 days per week, including weekends and late night.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Selling Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service to clients throughout the whole sale
- Initiating contact with customers and welcoming them on counter/in store through traffic-stopping
- Proposing and demonstrating personalised product offers, on fragrance, make-up and skincare as well as complementary products within category and offering a global beauty approach to clients
- Achieving retail sales targets and contributing to boutique/counter and service KPIs on a monthly basis
- Registering clients’ data in the dedicated system and performing all CRM and clienteling activities
- Conducting all assigned operational and administrative tasks
- Respecting corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality etc.) and Dior grooming guidelines
Skills and experience
- Superior selling skills with demonstrated experience in the luxury beauty industry
- A proven ability to achieve their individual sales targets through legendary customer service
- An ability to contribute to the overall success of the team as a true team player
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
- A strong desire to succeed and a passion for Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance
- Completion of a certificate/diploma in make-up, skincare or beauty therapy, or relevant experience in fragrance is highly regarded
