Hair Stylist
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hairstyling. As a Hair Stylist at Milque Spa, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver personalized services to exceed their expectations.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
- Provide hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services according to client requests
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients
- Stay updated on current hairstyle trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Uphold salon standards of professionalism and customer service
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Beauty Therapist
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa family, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional beauty treatments and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction. Your passion for beauty and wellness, coupled with your expertise in a wide array of spa & beauty services, will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our clientele.
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
- Consult with clients to assess their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients are comfortable and relaxed throughout their treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sterilizing equipment and sanitizing treatment areas.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
- Actively promote and sell beauty products and services to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and payments in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality treatments.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Receptionist
We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Milque Spa. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they enter our salon. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry to contribute to the success of our salon.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly as they arrive at the salon and provide them with a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, rescheduling, and cancelling bookings as needed, using our salon management software.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, booking appointments, and providing information about our services and pricing.
- Manage the salon's reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with promotional materials and retail products.
- Process payments for services and retail purchases accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure that clients receive timely and attentive service, communicating any special requests or preferences.
- Maintain client records and appointment schedules with accuracy and confidentiality, following established procedures.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, ordering supplies, and updating client databases.
- Actively promote salon services, packages, and retail products to clients, upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism and sensitivity, escalating to management as needed.
