Our Head office is based in Beresfield, Newcastle with branches in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne.
We require an Office Assistant to help our existing office staff with the day to day running of the business.
Applicant must have a sound knowledge of Microsoft office and computer use including.
- High level experience in Xero Accounting and managing weekly wages.
- Experience with Aroflo Job Management System
- General Office Duties.
- Entering Expenses.
- Answering phone calls
- Data Entry
- Preparing end of month accounts for submitting to Accountant.
Successful applicant would be expected to work from our Beresfield office in Newcastle.
Work hours 8.00am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri
