About you:
We are looking for staff who are passionate to provide proactive Positive Behaviour Support to people supporting those with a disability and to those living with a disability.
Required
- Bachelor/Undergraduate degree in either Education (special education preferred), Allied Health, Social Work or Applied Behaviour Analysis (please do not apply for the role without this)
- To be available to work a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
Personal and Interpersonal Skills required:

-ability to show empathy and be empathic to those in need
Desirable:
- Experience creating Behaviour Support Plans
- Experience working with people who engage in behaviours of concern and living with a disability
- Knowledge of NDIS Specialised Behaviour Support, writing Functional Assessments and developing comprehensive Behaviour Support plans
Training Provided:
If not yet undertaken, Influential Growth will support staff to develop the required training to feel knowledgeable, supported and upskilled in the areas needed.
Contractor Requirements by commencement date:
- Drivers license & Car + comprehensive insurance
- Laptop/Phone
- Home office materials
- ABN
- NDIS worker screening + Professional indemnity and liability insurance
- Working with Children’s Check
Pay rates:
- Between $90 -100 per hour depending on experience + GST & Super
- Opportunity for rate increase
