We bring people, business, technology and ideas to build trust and solve client's important problems.Your Role:We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Finance team in Sydney.As the Accounts Assistant, you will work across both Finance and Office Administration activities within our Head Office in Sydney.This is an ideal role for an someone who is a looking for a diverse and varied role which will allow them autonomy and the ability to develop their skills in office administration and accounts.This is a 6 month contract – 20 hours per week over 5 days with 2 days based in our Sydney CBD office.The Role:Finance -

• Monitoring Finance inbox emails and addressing in a timely manner.
• Work with the shared service AP and AR team ensuring tasks are completed on timely manner
• Basic month-end accounting journals
• Basic balance sheets reconciliations
• General & ad-hoc administrative support for the finance and leadership team

About you:

• Experience in a similar position is required
• Basic accounting knowledge is required
• A can-do attitude, strong work ethic and keen eye for detail
• Good excel skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Possess clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
