The Role:
We are looking for BCBA or CBA to join our team of experienced Therapists.
You will be working with other certified Behaviour Analysts, managing a caseload and providing support to our Therapy Assistants. The caseload will vary depending on your experience/preference towards clinical work or supervision responsibilities.
This mix of clinic, community, and school visits allows you to structure your week and provides flexibility.
The programs provided here are of the highest standard, providing hope and relief for families and children. We practice Progressive ABA and are 100 percent Neuro Affirming.
The clinic is based in Ryde! The community work will be within your local area, no more than 30 minutes of travel.
IF you are a BCBA who has a passion for working with the Autism Community, this Empathetic, highly regarded organisation, who is always HONEST and person centred, is someone you should be considering.
Role Requirements:

• Masters Degree in relevant field.
• BCBA/CBA or working toward certification.(at least 80% there)
• Hands-on experience delivering and supervising evidence-based/ABA programs for children with ASD.
• Experience supporting families.
• A Heart for Children.
