- SCHADS Level 3. $36.00 - $38.60 p/h plus super, loadings and salary packaging benefits

Additional attributes we are looking for include:
- Confidence, assertiveness, transparency and patience

- Creative problem-solving skills
- Prior experience supporting people with a disability, individual support, personal care where challenging behaviours are common (either in a work or personal context)
- Experience working with non-verbal participants an advantage
We assist & support four consumers in a 24/7 supported independent living (SIL) facility to develop skills and abilities to handle day to day tasks. Our goal is to enable rather than do (wherever practical), to promote independence, development and confidence of our consumers. The role entails:
- Providing support to work towards individual goals
- Supporting the development of daily living skills and capacity for self-care
- Follow an established behavioral support plan and management plan
- Developing professional relationships with individuals, their families and others in the community
- Providing accurate and timely case notes so that others can provide a consistent experience for the individual
