We are searching for an entry level or experienced Behaviour Therapist who lives in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne (Werribee, Deer Park, Truganina and surrounding suburbs), that will excel in a collaborative environment and who knows the true meaning of teamwork. At EAS, we have fun and celebrate success - this includes success for the individuals and families we support both in-clinic and in-home, as well as the success and achievements of our team members.  

A Behaviour Therapist's duties and responsibilities include:

• Working with children in a number of skill areas under the direction and supervision of a Behavioural Analyst
• Implementing strategies and procedures as they are defined by a Behavioural Analyst’s programming
• Collecting, recording and discussing data with supervisors
• Involving children's family, school, and other community members in therapy sessions
• May be required to travel to the home or community setting of each client within their assigned caseload.

Job requirements include:

• NDIS Worker Screening 
• Working with Children check 
• Current first-aid and CPR certificates
• An active driver’s license, car, and a willingness to travel between clients’ locations if required
• Availability of at least 3 week days between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
• Experience working with young children or children with disabilities is beneficial to your application but not essential.
• A Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) credential is beneficial but not essential.
• Prior training in Applied Behaviour Analysis is beneficial but not essential.
