The role
The role of Bell Attendant is a fast-paced, customer service orientated position which will give you invaluable exposure to Crown Melbourne’s hotel procedures and systems.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Promenade Bell Services team.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Greet guests and visitors on their arrival and departure from Crown’s Hotel.
- Deliver, collect, and store luggage safely and securely in a timely manner and valet park guest vehicles.
- Maintain impeccable customer service standards within a premium hotel.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Unrestricted Australian Driver’s License (full Manual Driver's License would be advantageous).
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally in a similar position with strong communication skills and time management abilities.
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
This role requires you to have flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays and overnights.
