About you
We are seeking an experienced Bell Captain to join our friendly Portering team within the Front Office department. The ideal candidate is experienced and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the smooth operations of the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all bell services team members.
- Plan each shift and prepare for peak arrival and departure times.
- Ensure porters deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing them with adequate training and mentoring.
- Manage the movement of parking vehicles.
- Assist guests with any requirements or needs they may have.
- Be aware of functions and events happening within the hotel and promote facilities and services the hotel has to offer.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a Bell Captain or Senior Porter;
- Team management experience;
- Strong communication and organisational skills;
- Full Australian driver's license with an ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles;
- Self-motivated and solutions orientated.
